1. Introduction

FaceCast ("we", "us", or "our"), produced and operated by Vision Labs Yazılım Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi ("Vision Labs"), respects the privacy of our users ("you" or "your") and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our FaceCast mobile application (the "Service"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

2. Information We Collect and Its Use

When you use our service, you will be asked to provide a photo of your face. This is required to perform the face-swapping functionality of our service. Your face photo is stored temporarily in our database. However, we will delete these photos from our systems when it is technically feasible.

Please note that the photos are used solely for the face swapping feature and are not used for any other purposes. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your photos with any third parties.

 

3. Data Retention

Your photos are retained only as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law. Once the retention period expires, we will delete your photos when it is technically possible. We delete all the face related data of the user after a year at maximum.

 

4. Limitations of Liability

We strive to provide a high-quality service for your enjoyment. However, we do not accept any responsibility for any kind of damage that may occur as a result of using our service. Furthermore, we do not assume responsibility for any misuse of the images or photos you upload to our service.

 

5. Legal Responsibilities

We provide our service with the best of our abilities and expect our users to use our service responsibly. We do not accept any legal responsibility with regards to the use of our service.

 

6. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this privacy policy.

 

7. Data Delete Requests

8. In-App Purchases

FaceCast offers in-app purchases for subscription services. If you choose to purchase a subscription service within the App, you agree to pay fees associated with the subscription. This process is carried out through the Apple App Store and subject to their terms and conditions.

 

Your purchase will be charged through your iTunes account. Subscriptions may come with a free trial period. At the end of the free trial, Apple will automatically charge your iTunes account for the subscription fee stated in the purchase process. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal up to 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle.

 

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel your subscription; you must use your App Store account settings.

We do not manage and cannot provide refunds for purchases made in-app, as all transactions are processed through Apple’s iTunes Store.

 

Your personal data provided during the purchase process will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and Apple’s Privacy Policy.
