Last updated: March 28, 2026

1. Introduction
FaceCast ("FaceCast", "we", "us", or "our"), produced and operated by Vision Labs Yazılım Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi ("Vision Labs"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect when you use the FaceCast mobile application (the "Service"), and how we collect, use, maintain, protect, and disclose that information.

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It
When you use the Service, you may upload photos, including photos that contain your face, to access FaceCast’s AI-powered face-swapping and related editing features. These photos are required to provide the functionality you request.
We may temporarily store the photos you upload in our systems for the purpose of providing the Service, generating outputs, maintaining service reliability, and enabling delivery of results back to your device. Your photos are used solely to provide the features you request and for no unrelated purpose.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your photos with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Use of Third-Party AI and Service Providers
To provide FaceCast’s AI-powered features, we may use carefully selected third-party service providers that process data strictly on our behalf and under our instructions.
These providers may include:
-
Google, for generative AI processing or similar AI-powered transformations you request through the Service; and
-
Cloudflare, for temporary storage, infrastructure, and secure delivery of outputs.
These providers act as our processors or service providers. We do not permit them to use your content for their own advertising, profiling, or unrelated commercial purposes.

4. Does FaceCast Use Third-Party AI?
Yes. FaceCast may use third-party AI providers to perform the AI-powered transformations and outputs you request through the Service.

5. Does FaceCast Send Personal Information to Third-Party AI?
Yes, but only to the extent necessary to provide the requested feature. If you upload a photo that contains your face or other personal information, that photo may be transmitted to our third-party AI service providers solely for the purpose of generating the output you requested.
We do not authorize third-party AI providers to use your uploaded photos or personal information for their own independent purposes, such as advertising, building profiles, or training their general-purpose models, unless we have expressly disclosed otherwise and obtained any consent required by applicable law.

6. Face Data and Derived Data
Your uploaded photos may contain face-related information. We process that information only to provide the face-swapping and related AI features you request.
We do not create or store facial recognition templates, embeddings, "faceprints," or other biometric identifiers on our servers for identification purposes. We also do not use your uploaded face data to identify who you are.
The face-related data we store is limited to the photos you upload and the outputs generated through the Service, and only for the limited period described in this Privacy Policy.

7. Data Retention
We retain your photos and generated outputs only for as long as is strictly necessary to provide the Service and for related operational purposes, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
We delete uploaded photos and face-related content when it is technically feasible to do so. In any event, we delete all face-related data within a maximum of one (1) year.
This retention period applies to our systems and, where applicable, to our processors’ systems, subject to their technical deletion schedules.

8. Data Deletion Requests
If you would like us to delete your data, you may contact us at:
We will review and process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.

9. In-App Purchases
FaceCast may offer in-app purchases and subscription services. All such transactions are processed solely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable, and are subject to the relevant platform’s terms and conditions.
Payments, subscription renewals, cancellations, refund requests, and billing disputes are handled exclusively by the applicable app marketplace provider. Deleting the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
Any personal data involved in purchase and subscription processing will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable app marketplace provider’s privacy policy.

10. Consent to Share Consumption Data with Platform Providers
By using the app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of limited data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple or Google, where applicable, for the purpose of assisting with refund requests and resolving payment-related inquiries.
We share such data only as necessary and in accordance with the policies of the relevant platform provider.
